Experiments with Digital Art
The first thing which i tried after joining Google was to harness the multitude of machines i had for raytracing huge images. i used povray for these renderings...

The images i rendered were actually 4000 x 4396 but i had to downsample them so that i could upload them to this blog... click on the images above to get the 2000 x 2198 resolution images....
Lately i have been experimenting with sketching using mouse.. Here is a sample from that.. i yet have to do some finishing on this one :-)

AWESOME PICTURES DUDE! If you are interested in working on a project writing a program similar to a ray tracer that traces paths of "light particles" instead of "light rays" (producing much better images) please contact me at :
ashesfall at gmail.com
The project is only 3 months into development, but we already have good results. We are looking for independent graphics enthusiasts that have 5-10 hours per week to contribute developing and/or testing the software. This is a really great opportunity.
Send me an email and I will send you the software specification and link to the code documentation. If you have a sourceforge account you can browse the CVS repository.
